(as the patient),

I feel that the support given has helped me in my recovery. The one to one support from Theresa (CPNA) has been enabled me to build confidence in getting out and believing in myself again.

The CMHT Basserlaw have met with all my requirements and supported me with any concerns. I’m looking forwards to a brighter future
