My 5 year old son had an appointment with a paediatric respiratory consultant. Everybody that we encountered was professional and very welcoming. The environment in the waiting room was very child friendly so much so that my child is looking forward to his next visit!

Our consultant was Claire. I felt that she did an excellent job of communicating with my child. It was clear to me that she liked children (I have encountered some HCP's who seem to find children irritating! ). She explained everything fully and gave me plenty of opportunities to answer questions.

I manage a clinical service in Kent and can be somewhat critical when I access NHS services. On this occasion I felt that we had an excellent experience. Everyone from the receptionist/nurse/radiographer/medic did a great job. Thank you.
