"toilet trouble"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

I was taken to A and E after a fall at home.I begged 5 members of staff to take me to the toilet.My requests were ignored until I soiled my underpants.Highly humiliating!! After waiting to see a doctor from 8/30pm to ! am

I went home after being insulted by 2 security guards and a nurse in charge of bay 5. I am following this up with a written complaint.This happened monday 28 march
