"Communication"

Poor communication. I saw a specialist in hips for an ingrowing toenail! Had to wait weeks for a letter and no one ever answers the phone! What's the point in putting a telephone number on the letter of no is ever going to answer? I must have rang over 25 times and not once did anyone answer. I booked a whole week off work (unpaid) only to be told that I wasn't having surgery and had to see another consultant first. I wasn't told this, I was told to wait for a letter for a date for surgery. Very unhappy, such a waste of time and loss of money from my job taking time off for nothing!
