My family members where bullied and degraded and ganged upon with the caption dont get aggresive,my family where not aggresive they where trying to say no 1 came to my room to say I can eat but the staff at ward 20 where discussing
please please avoid go to shiply air dale
they treat evrybody the same no matter who you are or where you from!

Please accept my apologies for not replying sooner to your comments. Your experience on ward 20 was poor and not the standard we expect for our patients.
