What I liked

the staff went that extra mile in the care and support of the patient. I found everything satisfactory

What could be improved

I suppose the waitng of meds at discharge could be looked into,

Anything else?

My Wife also went into Kingsmill for a new knee, and again she was very pleased with the whole experience. In fact she wrote to the management praising the staff on ward 11.
