About: Clatterbridge Hospital

I was amazed at the kindness and understanding of everyone. The day unit staff were brilliant when I had my first procedure, then the staff on ward M2 were second to none when I had my main operation. One member of staff is a credit to the NHS , nothing is too much trouble and they do everything with a smile on their face. Also special thanks to all the staff who cared for me, especially those who helped me through the painful night.

No stay in hospital is pleasant but I have to say that your staff certainly made my experience more bearable. Even the lovely anaesthetist and of course my surgeons. Your staff are an absolute credit to you and deserve a massive thank you, please pass on my gratitude.

A lot of hospitals could learn from the example set by your staff!
