"Visit to A and E and Ambulatory Care"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

My husband sustained a very nasty dog bite and after a visit to A and E we were sent to Ambulatory Care. Absolutely everyone treated both of us with respect and concern. A big thankyou to you all.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your husbands recent experience in the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Care Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. We are delighted to hear that both you and your husband had such a positive experience and that you were treated with respect and concern during what must have been a very worrying time for you.

Your kind words have been forwarded to relevant senior staff who will share them with their team members. Feedback like this is greatly appreciated.
