"Absolutely shocking service."

About: North Middlesex Hospital

My mother in law and her mum came to the hospital after her mum had a fall and a slight fit. They had to wait over 6 hours to be seen and she was in agony. At the end, she got told there was nothing they can do and gave her painkillers. Absolutely disgusting and I will never ever go here or recommend this "hospital"

Thank you for your feedback.

I am sorry the treatment was less than you expected, this was certainly not our intention.

All patients are seen by a doctor who assesses the patient's presenting conditions and decides on treatment.

Please visit your GP to discuss with him or her further, if required.

I am the A&E managing director, m.fitzpatrick@nhs.net and will be sharing your comments with the team.
