on the first occasion my daughter was an emergency admission we were treated quickly. the staff were great and put my daughter completely at ease. she was given medication quickly to help with pain relief. she was taken up to the ward within the four hour deadline.
The staff on the ward that night were very professional helpfull and attentive to patients needs - when the doctors were needed they were there. i could find no fault in the service my daughter received.
however on the second occasion with the same complaint the emergency dept was again brilliant as the first time. However once on the ward we had at least three guesses at what the trouble was, no certain diognosis and no one seemed interested in finding out my daughter is still not well and still not diagnosed
