i had an appointment for 10.20 am on arrival the receptionest said my app was for 11.20 and i should of received a letter. i had not received one. i could not hang around as i had to be at work for 11.30
They said there was nothing they could do only send me another app so one duly arrived for 2008 bearing in mind i have not seen the rhumy doctor for 9 months i have lupus just shows how interested they are. i may well never bother again
