My Dad was admitted in Feb 2016, through the very bust A&E Dept.
After a wait he was handed over to the team and given the best care we could expect! This was against the back drop of high demand as the department was very busy.
He was admitted to Ward 4A and again given a high standard of care. After a week he was transferred to Ward 4Y the new palliative care ward. This ward and its staff are simply wonderful. The care and compassion shown from every single member of the team is outstanding. We as a family cannot thank you all some much for making Dads last month with us, the best it could be.
Please carry on doing what you all do as a team, it is very much appreciated.
"Outstanding care"
