"Excellent our of hours service & Team"

Excellent team work start to finish, all team members deserve credit from receptionist, nurse & on-site prescriber.

I attended on Sunday 27th March, was seen in an hour (I had expected to wait up to 5!).

I have a specialist immune condition & the nurse I saw, put me at ease & treated me with respect. They had enough confidence (rare in the medical profession!) to explain that they were no expert in this area & listen to my required treatment. They then followed up with the on-site prescriber to confirm & I received the treatment I needed.

Receiving my treatment today means that I will more than likely not need to miss work next week & as a contractor I don't get sick pay!

Thank you Swadlincote out of hours team - whilst I hope not to become a regular I really do appreciate the service I received.
