"Extremely disappointed"

About: Barking Hospital

I went to Barking Community Hospital (Walk-in- centre) yesterday with an extreme backache and tummy ache, in the reception I was asked about my details and my symptoms, after, I was told to sit down and wait (the minimum waiting time is an unbelievable 4 hours wait, this is ridiculous!)

After waiting for a few minutes I was called again to the reception and the same questions that were asked before were asked again. Why? I don't know.

I was in so much pain and vomiting, I had to lie on the hospital floor so that the pain could decrease for a bit.

We waited for 5 hours, even people who came before us were seen first, which is unfair and out of order.

Then we were called to the reception again to ask whether we have been seen, I said no and the receptionist said that they have called out my name and maybe I didn’t hear it because I was no longer in the system. This is not true because we were near the door and we were thee people paying attention to the call. It was impossible all of us to fail it even if it was noisy. Other people were able to hear their name even with the noise, how is it possible for my name not to be heard.

I was asked again the same questions at the reception and had to wait for a further 15 minutes after all the patients were gone, we were the last people to be attended.

I left the hospital after all the waiting and unacceptable service with not a conclusive answer to my symptoms and no medication.

It was a completely waste of time. If I had a medical condition that could have killed me, I would have been long gone by now.

I am extremely disappointed with this hospital and I wouldn’t recommend it hospital to no one, not even my worst enemy!

It was the worse Medical service I ever had. It’s disappointing!
