Me and my dad came into A&E as he had chest pains. We were seen by one of the nurses who was just absolutely fantastic! The nurse looked after us the whole time we were there, nothing was ever too much trouble for the nurse and they always remained so friendly and really made us feel comfortable and welcome! The nurse is a credit to your hospital and you are very lucky to have them working for you. All the other doctors/ nurses were great, very friendly and professional, however the nurse really stood out for me as showing fantastic customer service and we'd like you to thank them personally for us.
