had to have emergency op at age of 70. First time in hospital, so very scared and anxious.
Without exception all staff, patient, caring, polite and best of all full of humour.
As new to England had heard a lot of negative comments about the NHS. To me the treament was 5 star and for nothing.
Because of the volume of people the staff have to treat, there maybe longer waiting time. But I was never made to feel that the staff were too rushed to answer my questions,or give me time whilst they treated me if was painful.
Thank you so much to the JR hospital and to the NHS. The follow up care I am receiving is also the best.
