"A lack of empathy from most of the nursing team"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

Appreciate this is a busy hospital with lots of demands called upon it. However what was most noticeable was the distinct lack of engagement and empathy of the majority of the A&E personnel.

Having plenty of time to read the notices in the waiting room all personnel should introduce themselves. The only ones to do so we're the kind phlebotomist and the medical staff.

We were treated like a number in a process not as an individual who was most unwell. At times it felt organised at others disorganised .

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I'm really sorry to read your comments on the communication and lack of empathy from the team.

I will pass your comments on so they can reflect on them and learn for the future.

Thanks for raising your concerns

Kind Regards
