"Neuro Surgical Ward Staff are unprofessional"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

My Mum has Cancer not that anybody has really said that word to her but she does. She came to the hospital to have a Biopsy done. Considering as a layman one would expect that the Neuro ward would be top quality.

1. The staff don't communicate with each other the patient nor the other parts of the hospital.

2. The ward doctors are aloof and appearing to think that having a degree in medicine means that they are superior in some way.

3. The food is dire (this is throughout the hospital)

4. They put my mum in the day room in a chair and just left her there. Firstly she's deaf and blind and secondly she can't walk unaided nobody asked if she was ok, took her to the toilet nor spoke with us her family.

I just hope that non of us ever have to be cared for by ward 228 again.

On a positive note its clean.
