I had to take my father for a endoscopy and after being checked in he was taken to a side room and asked to put on a gown ready for the procedure and then left there for two hours , all the staff had gone home before any one realised he was sat there , an absolute disgrace .

What a way to treat an elderly gentleman , you had ought to be ashamed of yourselves, I hope none of your family ever get treated that way and have to watch a proud man reduced to tears by incompetent fools
