Let down by harplands yet again, second time in 2 years!! Letting someone out who is still unwell, not fit to be around my children. Allowing him to continue to harass me via phone n even allowing him to use the office phones!! No-one can get better in this place it's complete madness. Send whoever you have with mental health problems to stafford as harplands has let me n my family down twice!!

I am sorry that you feel you and your family have been impacted on so negatively when someone has been discharged from our inpatient service.

I will pass the comments on to the team so that they are aware of those feelings and I am sure that if there are ways they can address your concerns they will.
