"Concerns about hospital visit"

About: Good Hope Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Easter holiday, doctors surgery shut, so I had to come to good hope.

On arrival at 6.45 am, I noticed car park machines out of order please use next, then when I get into A&E, the computers are down, so paper work is filled out which I have to take with me to majors, on arrival no one asked for the paperwork which should have been given in resulting in over an hour elapsing before it and other patients paperwork being handed in, then more waiting, then more, forgot to mention I was triaged for 5 mins then back for more waiting then eventually a doctor calls my name just to see if I am still here as my paperwork was missed ( can you believe it? )

Eventually I get seen and the doctor apologised but it's not good enough, I leave the hospital at 10. 30 after getting antibiotics.

I have been to this hospital before and it wasn't good then, is it any better?

I think not.
