"CT scan and cystoscope (Urology Dept)"

I attended hospital on Monday for a CT scan followed by a cystoscopy. I was very nervous but all the staff I dealt with were fantastic. The receptionists in both Depts, the nurses, radiographer and the doctor put me at ease, explained the procedures and talked me through what would happen next. I felt involved in all decisions made, key staff introduced themselves by name and role, and my dignity was respected throughout.
