"Fertility Appointment"

About: New Cross Hospital

I attended New Cross after being under Walsall Manor for 12 months for infertility. The staff member who i saw was brilliant they were so understanding and helpful i was provided more information in a 25 minute appointment with them then i did in all my appointments at the Walsall Manor. We have chose a treatment plan and im so happy and looking forward to the future all down to somebody actually listening and willing to help. The gyno staff in the outpatients departments are wonderful. I was nervous however there is no need to be they are all happy to listen and help. I would like to say a massive thank you - they truly helped me more in 1 appointment then the Gyno department did at the Walsall Manor over a 12 month period.
