What I liked

The excellent support and understanding of all the staff in ICU 3. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff volunteered information about my mothers treatment and kept the family fully informed at all times.

I cannot fault the dedication and committment of all the staff who work in ICU.

My mother has now transferred to HDU and the same high level of committment has continued in her care.

What could be improved
