What I liked
I have parkinsons disease (9years) and attend the clinic at whiston hospital only once per year. On that occasion I usually have a list that I want to discuss with my specialist. The whole visit can last less than 5 minutes. I have never been given the details of the PD nurse or referred to a phsyio. I think that this is a disgrace
What could be improved
PD nurse referral as a matter or course
Physio referral as a matter of course
support networks information made available
Specialist listenening to the patient. THEY ARE THE PERSON WITH PD
