"Electronic Prescription service"

On two occasions this year I have had problems with this service. On the first occasion the pharmacy forgot to request my prescription and I had wait two days to have it filled. On the second occasion I picked up my medication only to find it incomplete. After contacting the pharmacy, it seemed the surgery had not sent a repeat prescription and the pharmacy had to sort it out by requesting an emergency precription. So I did not run out of medication.

I just wondering how many others have had problems.
