"Minor injuries unit"

I have visited the minor injuries unit twice both yesterday and the week before.

On both occasions I was dealt with firstly by the receptionist who booked me in and was so helpful, immediately putting me at ease and comfortable before seeing the Nurse/Practitioner. I didn't have to wait long on both occasions and was dealt with again with a smile and immediately put at ease. Both conditions were explained to me in detail and treated, they could not have more helpful, such lovely people.

I have gone to private hospitals many times and I don't think I was treated as well as I was at Malvern.

They are to be praised highly for the excellent service they are providing.

We are so lucky to have such a wonderful facility here in Malvern.

I was so impressed with the professionalism shown, plus, the lovely spotlessly clean relaxing atmosphere.
