"another canceled appointment"

Yet another canceled appointment. I had my Rheumatology appointment canceled with no follow up appointment given . I have now had my Orthopedic surgeon appointment canceled ,at least time one i was given an appointment a month later. As for the Rheumatology , i was told it would be the 15th September . I made numerous phone calls and eventually i was given an appointment for May in an over booked clinic.

This hospital must have more that one consultant for each department surely ??? On the web site it says there are 5 Rheumatology consultants, so why is there such confusion when one goes on holiday ??
