About: Birmingham Midland Eye Centre (Bmec)

I have recently had a lens implant (this weekend) my consultant and their team were outstanding and ensured from the moment I arrived I was treated with care, kindness, humour and dignity.

I was cared for mainly by two nurses 2 wonderful student nurses, who will be a great asset to the NHS . The nurses are great ambassadors I can honestly say they were one of the best nursing teams I have encountered .

The anaesthetist and theatre manager all had a warm and humorous tone whilst remaining professional .

I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital , I found it to be outstanding
