"Excellent in all areas"

I was an inpatient in the Spire two weeks ago for a total hip replacement. I found all aspects of the care and service to be faultless and as a healthcare professional myself feel qualified to say this. The medical and nursing care was of an extremely high standard. Physio therapy was excellent, supportive and continues to advise even after discharge. Housekeeping and catering were also very good with the standard of cleanliness of prime importance to the staff. As a veggie the food was way beyond my expectations and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were polite and friendly and this was noted not only by myself but by my visitors too. I have also had a close family member treated here 18 months ago and her experience was also positive.
