"Wonderful Crew"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as a relative),

My husband was experiencing unusual pain/discomfort in his chest. We followed the 111 procedure. Had a wonderful lady called Wendy who guided us through professionally, calmly, with respect and patience. Then a Dr called back who was very helpful. Then the Ambulance Crew arrived. All of this within an hour.

The Ambulance Crew consisted of Chris  Richard  and Paddy. They were exceptional. The care my husband received was excellent. The Crew worked so well together as a Team one was a Student. They were efficient, calm, knowledgeable, reassuring, thorough and above all the sort of people you would want around you when you were feeling unwell and need expert care and advice. Thank you very much gentlemen.
