"Nurses attitude"

When called in to consulting room with child . My son shivered and was informed by A a member of staff they need to keep the room cool because of germs spreading in heat. My son was then told to stand sideways as the nurse did not want him breathing all over them whilst his chest was examined at the later end of chicken pox and had suddenly started burning up again. I was totally thrown at this member of staffs attitude to a sick child when their chosen profession is paediatric child care.. The member of staff should maybe have worn a mask and therefore could then show compassion to the children.

I am really sorry that you and your son had such a negative experience, are you able to tell me where he received treatment so that I can look into it further for you?

Many Thanks
