"Cleanliness in Children's Waiting Area"

About: Crawley Hospital / Urgent treatment centre

I visited Children's Walk in Centre Waiting Area on Monday 21 March 2016 arriving just before 9.am and leaving just before 11am with my daughter and granddaughter.

The area had used tissues and paper towels on the window ledge - when the bin was not obvious.

However someone came in and mopped over the floor but did not remove these used items.

There was grime (not dust) on the larger toys as if they had not been wiped over for quite a few days.

If you are providing toys it would be nice that they looked as if there were hygienic for my granddaughter to use or even touch.

It was a shame as I felt the quality of toys was good and the books were all in good condition.

Your comments on the cleanliness in this area would be appreciated.
