"Awaiting procedure - 6 months and still counting"

About: Glenfield Hospital

Referred for a procedure in September 2015, still waiting March 2016, delays too long and unnecessary. Very poor service generally by the admissions team, despite good care and concern of consultant and the supporting staff, beginning to feel like I've been miss filed or lost in the abyss.
