I was sent to Heartlands when my own hospital couldn't cope with the complexity of my condition. I received amazing care from my stay in the Intensive care to the tea trolley person who brightened every ones day with their happy attitude. Nothing was too much trouble and I was treated like a special human being, not a piece of meat which sadly has become the norm in some hospitals.
I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing special care... from someone who has been given a new lease of life.....
