"A Sunday visit to A&E"

I feel the need to leave a quick review about my experience at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. My experience yesterday in the A&E department could not have been a more positive one. It's so easy to be negative these days and especially in high anxiety situations, such as any trip to Casualty, but credit where credit is due. I would like to say a big thank you to all the LRI staff who dealt with me and cared for my injury. They were caring, kind, friendly and very professional. From arriving at reception to leaving after my treatment I felt completely at ease, albeit in a fair bit of pain.
