"The staff are worth listening to."

About: One Recovery Bucks

(as a service user),

The staff are worth listening to. Usually I felt upset angry and embarrassed with myself for relapsing. I would like to thank Lucy. I have been asked about E. T. E (Education, Training and Employment)  for my I was looking for apprenticeships. After discussing the situation, I realised I have to do a lot more work on myself.

Thank you for your feed back. Its great to hear you have found staff advice / support useful. Here at STARs we work on the cycle of change and we understand that lapse / relapse are part of the recovery journey, the key is to stop the lapse, look at why it happened and put strategies in place to stop it happening again (including accessing STARS). I am sure you know negative feelings such as angry and embarrassment only help to make you feel worse. It is great to know you found Lucy helpful, I will ensure she hears your feedback.

All the best with your ongoing recovery and keep accessing what you need within STARS. Tracy.
