(as a service user),

I feel that my health and social care has been very helpful and looked after very well. I have been treated very well by all staff. Things couldn’t have been done any better than it has been, I have been used at times due to things that come up during group meetings.

The staff I would like to thank personally Lucy, Vicky. Most importantly I would like to thank all the staff that have helped with my recovery and continue to help with my recovery

Thanks for your useful feedback. It is really positive for me as service manager to hear your fantastic comments about staff and the service we provide. At STARS we value our service users as individuals and recovery plans are always based on holistic recovery needs not just substances. Health and wellbeing is paramount to a sustained recovery and it appears you have been getting your needs met in STARS.
