I recently had a procedure carried out at The Alan Cumming Day Surgery Unit and I have nothing but praise to leave for this unit.
I was terrified but my fears were soon 'soothed' on admission.
Everything was carefully explained to me by all disciplines. All staff was friendly but most professional and I felt treated with dignity and respect by all I came into contact with, prior and after the procedure. One person "went the extra furlong' thank you for taking so much care of me and being so 'human'.

Thank you for acknowledging staff that of course play an extremely important role within the hospital when patients are nervous and require reassurance. I will feedback your comments.
