"Arthroscopy surgery"

Its difficult to put into words how impressed i was with Spires hospital at Brentwood.

From my first appointment there was always someone on reception who had time and a friendly smile, even though they were very busy. My appointment was pretty much near to time.

The surgeon was brilliant and explained everything to do with my injury in simple terms - and then explained the process that would be taken.

Notification of admission date was received in mail pretty quickly after the visit.

The day of admission i was pretty nervous as at my age you always tend to think the worst and as i was on my own a bit scared may be an understatement. Booked in at reception and told someone will collect me for the room and shortly afterwards i was met by a really friendly face and taken to my room where everything was explained - they really gave me confidence and helped me relax. This was the same right the way through from dedicated nurse, Physio, anesthetic to surgeon - All fantastic and couldn't of asked for more.
