"Audilogy Dept Replacing Hearing Aids"

About: Warwick Hospital

I was fitted with a single heariing aid at Warwick Hospital over 18 years ago.

After the initial fitment and subsequent reassessment I never went back to have it checked, assuming in error that I would be recalled as with other depts, and the aid just keeps on working.

The hearing aid has done its job well, but age is strarting to play a part so I decided to go and have me and it checked.

I went to the walk in clinic and could not have been better treated. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The whole process being over and done with in 45 mins including a wait being third in line to be seeen.

The upshot is predicably I have to have the long overdue reassessment and will probably need a replacement hearing aid as the current one is way out of date

If the experience going forward is as good as this mornings they I will be most pleased and have nothing to worry about
