"Smooth operator"

I recently injured my foot and had to attend A/E; I have 3 A/E departments to choose from but decided on Lancaster as I have had poor experiences in the 2 others.

I was triaged quickly, seen by a medic, x-rayed and out of the door within 50 minutes. A/E staff came across as professional, compassionate and clearly operate as a well oiled machine. well done.

Would highly recommend
