"First class"

My wife was transferred from Rotherham to the critical care unit at D.R.I. after four days she was taken to ward 21, I have to say all the staff made her feel like she was the only patient they had, each and every one of them were absolutely brilliant from the consultant to the people serving tea and coffee, all contributed to making sure she was cared for even though they were sometimes short staffed. A far cry from Rotherham hospital, I can't find the words to praise you all highly enough, thank you for restoring our faith in the N.H.S.
