I recently attended outpatients department at Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock and would like to say that the staff there were very friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem and felt they went out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as possible. All staff include reception, x-ray, nurses, doctor and pre-op - thank you!
