"Our wonderful NHS"

After a routine eye test, my optician referred me to BMEC for further investigation. I was obviously quite shocked at the time & very worried due to family history. The appointment came through quickly. On the morning of the appointment I was very nervous. When I arrived at the hospital the check in was super easy. I was called within 10 mins by an extremely courteous & respectful member of staff & taken to examination room. Throughout the entire time I was put at ease & given a full explanation of everything that was happening. I was extremely impressed by level of cleanliness including every bit of equipment being cleaned before I touched it. I was seen by 3 different members of the medical staff & each of them were equally as lovely. I couldn't have wished for better & more thorough care & went home feeling completely happy with my time at BMEC Thank you to all the staff there you are doing an amazing job :-)
