I went into the TAU of the Northern General in June with Sciatica. The staff on the ward were good with me and made sure I was o.k after.
However the amount of time I was waiting could have been improved. I had been there for 7am, which was hard, but then had to wait 5 hours before going down at about 12.
Therefore I would say the worst thing about my treatment was the lack of punctuality and timeliness.
