(as a parent/guardian),

My 8 year old daughter was taken to see her GP, the GP was very alarmed with her condition and insisted that we take her straight to A&E. She gave us a letter asking for my daughter to be seen urgently. We have been here for over 5 hours now and still have not been seen by a doctor. My daughter is running a very high temperature and is having difficulty breathing. Very worrying. Poor triage. Shoddy, substandard treatment. Staff working hard but far too over stretched.
