"reception staff extremely rude"

I have attended this clinic 5 times in the last few weeks with my very elderly mother.

The reception staff are very rude and unhelpful (except for one).

Appointment yesterday cancelled, but we were not notified so had a wasted journey up there, no apology, refused to give new appointment.

Reception staff and nurse were unhelpful and rude again when we telephoned today.

Its a shame that such a smart new hospital is spoilt by staff who know nothing about customer care.
