"Made my problems worse"

Like all of them this is just a mouth that opens and closes and a bunch of meaningless words that come out. Its empty, there is nothing beneath the surface and after four decades of pain they have helped me to realise that no one cares and no one is there for me. There is not going to be an end to the constant noise and some of the biggest mistakes I have ever made is trying to get help, this is just another one. All they have done is make the silent voices that stop me get that little bit quieter.
