(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

From the second my wife arrived at John Taylor Hospice she was made to feel so welcome and it was this, coupled with the unrivalled sincerity that ultimately brought a beautiful smile back to her face.

The staff at the hospice worked tirelessly in ensuring she was looked after and given wonderful care and attention in the time she spent at the hospice. Their tremendous support and acts of kindness towards all the family made this event a little easier to bear.
